Diane Hammond has been working in audiology since 1981. She trained within the NHS, worked at Leicester Royal Infirmary, and has spent decades providing thorough, unhurried assessments to adults and children across the Midlands.
Because she is independent, she has no obligation to any hearing aid manufacturer. She recommends what is right for you, not what earns the best margin.

The big hearing aid chains are tied to specific manufacturers. That means the advice you get is shaped by what they stock and what they are paid to promote.
Diane has no such arrangement. She works with products from a wide range of manufacturers and will tell you honestly whether a hearing aid is likely to help you, what it will and will not do, and what the realistic alternatives are.
Every appointment is built around you. Diane allows plenty of time with each patient to understand properly what you are struggling with and what you are hoping to achieve. That kind of unhurried, individual attention is harder to find than it should be.
